- You can go to “Appointment Settings” from Settings option on left hand menu & set the “Appointment Interval Time” & “Add Roster(s)” for the Doctor/Administrator users.

- Non-Doctor role users like Nurse & Reception can only view the already created Rosters under Appointment Settings but are not able to edit the details.
- On the left hand side Calendar menu there is an “Appointments” option clicking which you can see the Appointment list page on the left hand side & the main Appointment Diary on the right hand side.

- The list page displays only today’s appointments for that particular Doctor/ Administrator but you can see other Doctor/ Administrator’s appointments as well by selecting the doctors in the dropdown.

- You can click on the appointment slot and mark a patient as priority, patient has arrived, no show or cancel the appointment as shown below and later see how it appears in the appointment diary.


- The Appointment Diary has Day, Week & Month views available for the user with Day view being the default one as shown below.



- The Appointment Diary is divided into 1 hour time slots with Start Time 8:00 a.m. to End Time 12:00 a.m. (midnight)
- You can change the date in the Appointment Diary to view the Appointments of a past date or create Appointments for a future date
- There is a “Check Availability” option available when trying to create a new appointment where you can check the availability of the Doctor.


- Even if you mistakenly try to create an appointment for a patient which is conflicting in time with any of the earlier appointments of the doctor, the system displays “Roster Conflict” message so that you can select a different time slot for the appointment.
- The application has the intelligence to automatically display the next available time slot for a Doctor while trying to create his appointment which the Doctor or the user concerned can also change if required.

- You can use tokens to manage patient appointment sequentially. Click on Token list in the appointment diary and add patients.
